I was happy with how much food we got. The pizza was loaded up nicely, and by the end everyone was full, which is always a good sign.

I use the Donatos rewards program every now and then, and it’s okay overall, but it can be annoying. Sometimes my points show up right away, and other times they take forever, so I never really know what to expect. I’ve also gotten inconsistent answers when asking about missing points or rewards, which makes it more confusing. The app isn’t the easiest to figure out either. The free pizza reward is nice once it finally shows up, but the whole thing could definitely be smoother.

The pizza just didn’t taste fresh at all. It had that old, sitting-around-too-long kind of flavor, and I was disappointed. Not fresh, not fresh at all.

I’ve had Donatos a few times, and when it’s good, it’s really good—hot, plenty of toppings, and exactly what I’m craving. But other times, the main things I notice are that it shows up soggy or barely cut, which kind of ruins it for me. I’m not expecting perfection, just a little more consistency.

The pizza showed up in around less time than I expected, and it was still nice and hot when we opened the box. The wings were warm too, so about no complaints from us.

I waited around forever and when I finally got someone, it still felt like nobody actually wanted to help. The whole experience gave me the impression they care more about taking your money than making sure customers are taken care of.

Ordered from donatos.com when I was feeling kind of trapped at home and just needed an easy dinner. The packaging was good. The pizza box showed up clean, wasn’t crushed, and everything stayed where it was supposed to during delivery. Napkins and sauces were packed neatly too. One corner of the box was a little soggy, but it didn’t really affect anything. Overall, no real complaints.

I went with my gut and ordered a large pepperoni and veggie, and I’m glad I did. The toppings tasted really fresh, and they definitely didn’t skimp on anything. it was way better than my usual pizza spot

I ordered from donatos.com last night and it went smoother than I expected. The estimate said around 35 minutes, but it showed up in maybe 20, which was a nice surprise. The pizza was still hot too, not lukewarm or sitting-around hot, but actually fresh hot, like the cheese was still melty, the crust was still good, and I didn’t feel like it had been riding around forever. The driver was friendly, the handoff was quick, and I didn’t have to keep peeking out the window or checking the door every few minutes like I sometimes do with deliveries. Just a really easy experience overall, fast, simple, hot food, nice driver, no hassle.

The food was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but the whole dine-in thing just wasn’t that great. The tables felt kind of sticky, it was loud, and it all just seemed a little worn out, if that makes sense. It didn’t feel like somewhere I’d want to sit and hang out for a meal. That part just threw me off a bit

I tried Donatos it was middle of the road for me. The crust was thin and crispy, which I did like, but the overall flavor just didn’t really grab me.

The pepperoni tasted decent, but it was literally a little saltier than I wanted. The sauce was fine too, though I kept wishing it had a bit more seasoning or something to make it stand out.

Overall, it wasn’t bad pizza at all, just not something I’d go out of my way to get again. I’d eat it if everyone else wanted it, but it probably wouldn’t be my first choice

I ordered through Donatos over lunch it was smooth. The site already remembered my usual store, swapping toppings around was easy, and checkout didn’t do anything annoying or glitchy. My pizza was ready right when they said it would be, so yeah, no complaints here

It’s decent overall. I liked being able to customize a bit. But yeah... the topping swaps feel kind of limited. Would be nice to have more options there

I can’t decide how I feel about the crust. The edges were nice and crunchy, which I really liked, but the middle tasted a little underdone this time. It was still good, but also kind of disappointing at the same time...

I really like Donatos because the menu has more than just the usual basic pizza. They’ve got plenty of toppings, plus subs, salads, and sides, so everyone in my family can usually find something they want, which makes ordering a lot easier. The only thing that gets annoying sometimes is when the communication isn’t very clear, like with order timing or details, because then you’re left guessing a bit

I tried using a coupon on donatos.com and it just kept saying it wasn’t valid or whatever, even though I’m sure it was still good. I was hungry and didn’t feel like messing with it forever, so I just paid full price. The pizza was fine enough, but the coupon issue was annoying.

I ordered carryout because I was in a tired, hungry mood and just wanted something quick and easy. Unfortunately, pickup was kind of a mess. There wasn’t a clear spot to go, the staff seemed confused, and my food still wasn’t ready even though the site said it would be. I ended up standing around waiting anyway, which pretty much defeated the whole point of ordering ahead. Not really worth the hassle for a simple pickup order

The prices are fair, which already makes me happy, but then the pizza shows up and I’m like, yep, totally worth it. I keep expecting to find something to complain about, but I really don’t have anything. It just hits the spot every time.
